This vintage jewelry box is exquisitely designed and absolutely gorgeous! It features rich rosewood, carved jadeite, and brass fittings. It has 2 ornate, swinging doors that hide 2 lined drawers. The jewlery box also has 2 pull brass handles drawers and a full length drawer at bottom.
Curved Jade is inserted on front doors,con both sides and pull drawer. There is an ornate brass handle on top. All hardware is beautifully decorated. Drawers are cushioned and lined with red silk.
The box measures 8" tall not including handle, 12" wide & 6" deep.
It is in good to very good vintage condition, with minor, age appropriate wear to its surface.
There is a sticker on the bottom that says "Made In People's Republic Of China".
The music box hides away behind the bottom pull out drawer that marks the number "440" inside. When you turn the handle on the back it does play.
